I give thanks with my desperate heart
I give thanks to the Holy One
I give thanks because You give me Jesus Christ, Your Son 2x

And now, I was weak but now I’m strong – I am strong          (I was blind but now I see)
I was poor but now I am rich – I am rich
Because of what my Lord has Done for me        - because of what my Lord is Doing for me
